For this week’s Blu-ray Monday we’re giving away a copy of the fast paced action thriller Unknown.
Dr Martin Harris (Liam Neeson) wakes up in hospital, having suffered severe head injuries in a near fatal car crash. In an attempt to piece together his life leading up to the accident, he soon discovers his beloved wife (January Jones) no longer recognises him. So begins a thrilling movie packed with layer upon layer of intrigue and mystery, alongside the pumping visceral action audiences have come to love Neeson for in recent years.

I’d love to see Jim Carrey in a serious action movie. He’s almost only in comedies (looking forward to Mr Popper’s Penguins, btw) and I would love to see him in a real action movie! The most serious role I’ve seen him in, is in Number 23.

Liam Neeson has that great subdued intensity that makes him a great action hero. Glad to see that he’s doing more of these types of films. Good acting always helps fill in the gaps between action sequences.
