I’m not a huge video game fan but was watching a friend play Dantes Inferno recently and thought it would make a fantastic film!
For some reason I can see someone like Daniel Craig playing Dante – solid and dependable but willing to act and pass judgement.
I love Gemma Arterton as an actress so she’d have to come back and do this film as well!

I’d love to see Red Dead Redemption made into a movie, set in the old Wild West and starring Timothy Olyphant as John Marston, a former outlaw.
Olyphant definitely has what it takes to play Marston, with his roles in Deadwood and Justified proving he knows how to pull a gun from a holster whilst oozing cool, he’s perfect for the role

Metroid should definately be made into a film, with the leading heroin being Mary Elizabeth Winstead (Scott Pilgrim / Death Proof). Sure, it might be fairly similar to the first Alien film, but with all of the new special effects possible these days, it could be one very beautiful environment after another. Besides, there aren’t enough female action heroes getting screen time these days. Bring on Mother Brain!

They are a little old now but Lundgren & Stallone would have been good.

When I was a kid I used to love playing Prince of Persia on my amstrad! It had a tape deck and everything!
I think Heavenly Sword should be converted into a movie. Nariko should be played by Isla Fisher? Hmmm, perhaps too homely….maybe Lindsay Lohan or Laura Prepon?

How about Duke Nukem with UFC fighter Broxk Lesnar. I’m sure he isn’t much of an actor, but all the UFC fighters seem to be giving it a try lately and he would be perfect as Duke! @hairgirl1966

I would like to see Killzone released as a film, a kind of sci fi futuristic shooter with a big guy as the star, but no actors come to mind, Vin Diesel is big but wouldn’t fit the game character very well.

I’d love to see Assassin’s Creed to be made into a film with Altair played by Channing Tatum. He would make a very fine feared assassin, deadly, charming, agile and fierce!!

I think I’d like to see a horror game taken to the big screen – Dead Space is rumoured though I’d have no idea who I’d want to play issac as all you see is the back of his head…
dead space – done properly this would be something to stand alongside alien and the thing. no rushed or tailored for teens effort though please hollywood

With todays technology I think God of War would be fantastic and it would star Djimon Hounsou. The only way it would work is if it had avatars budget and talent working on the graphics.

World at War- Nazi Zombies!!!!!!!!!!! Oh I can see this as a huge action adventure or even action/thriller movies! Stuck in a shack trying to get your way out, but all the while being attacked by Nazi Zombies!!!!!!! That would be too cool!

I see either Jake Gyllenhaal or Sam Witwer play the lead in Assasins Creed. Here you have a game with one hell of a storyline (conspiracies and all) and great action sequences. Definitely one of those two. If I really HAD to choose, I’d say Jake. Because he’s got the looks for it. Sam…already has The Force Unleashed…

I would love to see my favourite game of all time – Okami – made into a movie. The trouble is that it stars a wolf and a bug, so you would have to get voiceover artists instead of lead actors! I would have someone like Joe Pesci as the high-pitched irritating bug (!) and the wolf would be Leonardo Dicaprio.
