Avatar confirmed to hit Blu-ray Disc in April

Update: We are now giving away a Blu-Ray Disc every Monday to our blog and Twitter followers. Last week, we gave a copy of Disney-Pixar’s Up to @ejkoenig on Twitter. It‚Äôs official! James Cameron’s Avatar, winner of three Academy Awards and officially the biggest film of all time, will be released on Blu-ray Disc across Europe from April.

There has been much anticipation for the Blu-ray version of Avatar since the film includes some of the most stunning visuals and special effects ever seen.  Several packages will be available, including a limited edition Steelbook Combi pack with four lenticular art cards and an activist survival guide to the planet of Pandora (see the picture above).

  • Belgium ‚Äì April 21
  • Netherlands ‚Äì April 21
  • Spain ‚Äì April 21
  • Germany ‚Äì April 23
  • Denmark ‚Äì April 27
  • Norway ‚Äì April 28
  • Sweden ‚Äì April 28
  • Finland ‚Äì April 30
  • Italy ‚Äì May 6
